The Team

We currently employ 2 full time training personnel – Lele Bobeszko, Training Manager and Elaine Boyd, Trainer

Lele Bobeszko is our training manager who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Lele is a highly experienced and qualified social worker who holds a BA Hons Social Work Degree, OCN Level 3 training certificate, NVQ Level 4 management, NVQ Level 4 Manager’s award and is a Designated Adult and Child Protection Advisor amongst others.  Lele is part of Heathcotes’ Senior Management Team which again, reflects the importance placed on training and development by the company. 

Elaine Boyd has substantial experience in working in social care and delivering training.  She has just completed the PTLLS adult education teaching qualification.

Both are qualified NAPPI Trainers.

The purpose-built services, which will provide our specialist care to Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex needs, are located in a vibrant area of the community and the immediate local amenities include a pub, a supermarket and a park. We are also just a short walk up the hill from Sandal & Agbrigg railway station, which enables easy access to more areas of the community

New Learning and Development Partnership for Heathcotes and “Learning Unlimited”

At Heathcotes, we value our employees and wish to ensure that we continue to provide opportunities for personal and professional development within the organisation.  The provision and learning and development opportunities, training and support ensures that our teams are able to deliver the best quality services to people with complex needs.  We also aim to retain and develop highly motivated and qualified people by ensuring that their skills are recognised and valued. 

We are now embarking on an exciting new partnership with “Learning Unlimited”, a dedicated arm of the Chesterfield College group, to provide our employees with excellent quality social care training and qualifications. 

The college has a great reputation for high success rates and already have good working relationships within the care sector, including with the NHS.  Heathcotes own training team will provide access to students from the college to our own high quality specialist training to share our expertise within the social care sector.

We are looking forward to achieving excellent outcomes for our staff and service users, and will provide updates via the website.

I just hope that this is the true R that we are seeing, and hope that he continues with this, but I am certain that yourself and the staff have helped R to overcome many problems that he has had in the past and we are all very grateful for this.

R has done lots of things most of which he has suggested himself, and has carried them out with no problems, he has done what he told you and been brilliant and not let you down, let’s hope that this continues."
