<p>Heathcotes Phoenix House is a traditionally built home, adjoining Heathcotes Phoenix Cottage. Situated in the heart of New Mills on the outskirts of the stunning Peak District, it is close to local shops and amenities, as well as the nearby New Mills heritage centre, Lyme Hall Park, Torrs Riverside Park and the magnificent scenery of the Sett Valley Trail. The house is near to local transport links, including bus routes and motorways, ensuring that the nearby town centre of Stockport is accessible, together with towns and cities further afield, such as Manchester and Buxton. The local area has a wide range of leisure and educational opportunities, all of which are accessible by the people using the service.</p>
<p>The Cottage itself retains the traditional homely feel of the area, and has recently benefitted from a total interior refurbishment. The outside area to the rear of the property ensures a safe and spacious outside area of landscaped gardens and seating areas designed and maintained by staff and service users.</p>
<p>This home has a lively, vibrant atmosphere and whilst all manner of outdoor activities are catered for, there are also ample spaces for individuals to take time out in peace and quiet. Our Registered Manager at the home exacting hight standards and along with a dedicated and enthusiastic staff team, provides a service in a relaxed, informal and friendly atmosphere.<br />

<p>Heathcotes Phoenix Lodge is a stunning, purpose built home, situated in the grounds of Heathcotes Phoenix Cottages. The Lodge is nestled in the heart of New Mills on the outskirts of the stunning Peak District. <p>The home itself has been newly built to exacting quality standards, to a design that has been strongly influenced by consultation with many of our existing partners and stakeholders, including service users and families. The layout, specification and finish of the home is therefore reflective of the needs of our client group, whilst avoiding any sense of being an institution &ndash; a home built with our client group in mind has resulted in a stunning, person-centred environment.</p>
<p>The service features a lovely, spacious lounge with an adjacent conservatory, with its own stream running alongside, a large dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and five bedrooms, all featuring en-suite WC and shower/bath facility. In addition, the home features disabled accessible bath/shower rooms and has lift access to all floors, together with entrance vestibule and reception area. The outside space is equally impressive, featuring a huge and enclosed landscaped garden to the rear of the house, with planted borders.</p>
<p>This home has a bright, cheerful outlook and the staff and service users enjoy very positive relationships with each other. Our Registered Manager provides a strong management presence and ensures that the home delivers care to exactingly high standards.</p>

<p>The home is a large, detached, two storey family home, that has been adapted by our specialist contractors to meet the needs of our service users, whilst retaining the look and feel of a genuine family home.</p>
<p>It is situated in Sawley, Derbyshire, a short walk from local shops, village pubs and other local amenities and convenient for leisure opportunities and supermarkets, including Sawley Marina. The home is on the outskirts of Sawley, a ten-minute drive from the M1 and a five-minute drive from Long Eaton. Local bus stops give easy access to surrounding towns and villages such as Sawley, Long Eaton, Draycott and Beeston.</p>
<p>This home has a lively atmosphere, with a strong focus on fun and interesting day activities; everyone is busy and meaningfully occupied. Our manager, Michael Ishemunyoro, sets very high standards in all aspects of the day to day running of the home, and that is reflected in the high quality care that is delivered.</p>
