Heathcotes Blenheim is a specialist residential service for adults with Mental Illness who may have dual diagnoses and associated complex needs. Heathcotes Blenheim has eight ensuite bedrooms and provides twenty four hour support.
The service provides three communal lounges, a separate quiet lounge dining area and spacious kitchen. There is a large garden with a vegetable patch, water feature and a patio area with space for BBQs and socialising. A ground floor bedroom is available and there is a communal bathroom in addition to the ensuite shower rooms. Heathcotes Blenheim has Wi-Fi throughout allowing service users to stay in touch with family and friends, access e learning and use the internet.
Heathcotes Blenheim is situated in a residential suburb of Nottingham and close to a wealth of community facilities including restaurants, shops, ice skating and other sports facilities. The service is within walking distance of Nottingham city centre and service users have easy access to the Capital FM arena, Bestwood Country Park and Wollaton Hall.
There are many opportunities for service users to develop new skills; local colleges are just a short walk away and service users can take care of the vegetable patch and the two pet rabbits.
The service has excellent transport links and is serviced by major bus and tram routes and Nottingham train station is very close by. The M1 motorway is just a short drive away.
