Brendan Kelly - Head of Operations
Brendan has worked in Health and Social Care for 14 years, primarily in adult mental health and learning disabilities. He has a wealth of experience of both delivering, managing and developing services, including carer education, crisis services and supported living. He began to combine his work life with studying for professional management qualifications and subsequently worked at Regional Director level for a national charity, before joining Heathcotes in 2009. He continues to work towards an MBA and has a special interest in the culture of organisations and the use of social media for marketing purposes.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his young family and is a keen cyclist and occasional runner; he also enjoys reading, live music and the cinema.
