David Harrison - Managing Director
David started his career with Social Services in Residential Homes, gaining Social Work qualifications before moving into Business Management, where he became well-respected for his knowledge of dealing with development and multi-site services. He moved back into the Private Sector, combining the two experiences by running multiple sites for adults with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours, before setting up his first owned home in 2004. The Heathcotes Group now owns multiple sites and continues to grow because of the excellent reputation it has earned in this specialised sector, which David attributes to every member of the staff team. David also acts as a Consultant to many other services, both in Learning Disabilities and Older People.
David’s passion is work and achieving better outcomes for the people who use his services. His hobbies are swimming, shooting, driving and walking his dog.
