Keeley Ward - Behaviour Specialist

Keeley is the head of the specialist behaviour team and has been with the company since its inception. Previous experience within the field include support worker, team leader, deputy manager and registered manager, all of which has given Keeley a good insight into the daily running of services and working with service users.

Keeley has many years experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours, as well as mental health. Keeley has gained a number of relevant qualifications which include NVQ level 3 and 4 in health and social care, registered managers award, diploma in mental health and social work, as well as a diploma in cognitive behaviour therapy. Most recently Keeley gained her degree in autism.

Keeley`s role includes behaviour strategies, placements for individuals and lead trainer for Heathcotes in respect of Non Abusive Physical and Psychological Intervention (NAPPI).  Keeley is lead of the internal CGG group and also is a member of the advisory board committee for NAPPI UK.

Her hobbies include cycling and caring for her 3 dogs and numerous animals.  Keeley supports individuals with learning disabilities in her spare time, is registered at her home for shared lives with Nottinghamshire County Council, as well as volunteering with Pets As Therapy with one of her dogs, Denzel Bailey.
