Keeley Ward - Behaviour Specialist

Keeley Ward is the Manager of the Specialist Behaviour Team; she has been with the company since its inception 6 years ago, and has progressed from Registered Manager to her current role. Keeley has many years experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours and has achieved a range of specialist relevant qualifications; she is also a lead NAPPI trainer and is currently working towards a degree in Autism studies. Her role includes behaviour strategies, placements, support planning and assisting managers to ensure person centred care planning is of a high standard. Keeley’s hobbies include running, swimming and competing in dog agility events.

She is also a volunteer befriender for the NAS and is registered under the APS (Adult Placement Scheme) for Nottinghamshire.
