Lele Bobeszko – Training Manager
Lele Bobeszko is a qualified and experienced registered Social Worker, trainer and manager who is committed to creating excellent, person centred services within a sound legislative framework. She is highly experienced in training, supporting and leading teams to provide absolute quality services for people with learning disabilities and has particular expertise in autistic spectrum disorders, behavioural/ interactional difficulties, complex mental and physical health difficulties and social care legislation. She also provides training and consultancy for advocacy services, universities and carer groups.
Lele believes in empowerment, choice and control as a right for people receiving support. She lives on a smallholding in the Derbyshire countryside with a variety of animals and in her spare time enjoys voluntary work, books, radio 4 and walking with her 2 lurchers.
