Mags Roberts – Care Pathways Coordinator
Mags is a qualified and registered social worker, with many years experience in the health and social care sector. After completing her Social Work degree at Sheffield University, she has worked in mental health, learning disabilities and substance misuse, returning to the learning disabilities field in her most recent role with Sheffield Social Services.
Mags role with the Heathcotes Group is to manage contact with organisational stakeholders to ensure a smooth pathway into, through and in some cases out of the service; she brings considerable experience and expertise in the design, commissioning and delivery of transition plans for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs and hopes that she can add value to the already excellent services provided by The Heathcotes Group.
When not at work, Mags is a keen photographer – her aim is to show and sell her photographic work, when time allows. She also loves reading and walking.
