Tracy Mason - Regional Manager
Tracy Mason has worked within the social care sector for 14 years, supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and associated challenging behaviours. She has an NVQ4 in Care and as well as achieving her Registered Managers Award, was a successful Registered Manager for 7 years prior to becoming the Regional Manager for Heathcotes East Midlands.
Tracy sets very high standards for the services she manages and expects nothing but excellent standards of care at all times; her in-house audit tool is now applied across the organisation.
