Employee Consultation Events announced

The Heathcotes Group is rolling out a series of employee consultation events over the summer and autumn months. The workshop format is aimed at helping the Senior Team to better understand the experience of employees at all levels and will ask two simple questions – ‘What do we do that works?’ and ‘What could we do better?’ Brendan Kelly, Head of Operations said “It sounds pretty basic, but those two questions are always a launch pad for some really interesting discussions. We want to find out what our employees think about working for Heathcotes, and we’ll use that information to create strategies and policies that further develop and improve the organisations ethos and culture.”
