Service User Involvement
The Heathcotes Group have recently refreshed their approach to service user involvement, with the introduction of a new Service User Forum. Each home in the group is represented by a Service User Representative, who attends a quarterly face to face meeting with their counterparts from across the region, to share experiences, discuss issues of interest and concern to them and to hear about new developments within the company. They are then supported to feed back this information to their constituents and to seek their views and opinions.
The company also plans to introduce virtual meetings and to provide an online discussion space where Service User Rep’s can discuss the agenda items of upcoming meetings and provide feedback from their constituents.
