The Heathcotes Group says farewell to its Training Manager Nick Butcher in a few weeks time, as he branches out with his own training and consultancy business, Sherwood Training. Nick has worked with the Heathcotes Group for two years and as well as adding significant value in terms of his training expertise, has also become a valued and respected member of the Senior Management Team.
Brendan Kelly, Head of Operations, said, "Nick's contribution to the Heathcotes Group is almost impossible to quantify; his expertise and oversight of the training function has of course been excellent, but his contribution to the culture, values and ethos of the company are just as important. Nick is one of the good guys and I'm happy to have the opportunity to work with him."
Nick and Brendan have been working on recruiting a suitable replacement and are buoyed by the excellent candidates who've expressed an interest in the role. Nick said, "I'm really sad to be leaving my role with Heathcotes - it's been a fantastic journey and I hope my contribution has added value to the organisation and contributed to improving the lives of the vulnerable adults we work with. I'm also excited about my new venture and I hope that going forward, Sherwood Training and The Heathcotes Group can continue to work together."
