Lynsey Hutson, Registered Manager of Heathcotes Knollbeck said, "Any opportunity for team members to engage in continuos professional development is important - it improves the homes compliance under the essential standards of quality and safety, as well as ensuring that our employees have the right skills and knowledge to deliver an excellent service to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs."
Kate Johnson, Team leader, who has signed up for this fully funded training said, "The opportunity to continue with my professional training will benefit me, the company and the people we support - it's great that we get the chance to keep our skills up to date and we're supported to do so by our line manager."
