The Heathcotes Group is delighted to welcome Mags Roberts to the company, in the role of Care Pathways Coordinator. Mags is the latest addition to the Senior Management Team, and will play a key role in working with organisational stakeholders, to improve and enhance the Service User experience, from first referral through to transition and potentially, moving on to a more independent setting.
Mags joins The Heathcotes Group from Sheffield Social Services, where she worked most recently as a Social Worker in the Out of City Team - a multi-discplinary team with a specific remit to assist adults with learning disabilities who were placed out of city, to return to Sheffield with an appropriate package of support in place. Mags said, "I was involved in developing bespoke services for people to enable their return, and sourcing appropriate services to meet their needs."
She added, "I thoroughly enjoyed my role in Sheffield and feel really proud of the work we accomplished. I hope I can bring my knowledge and skills to further develop the already excellent services that Heathcotes provide."
David Harrison, Managing Director, said "Mags is a great catch - we're developing new services in Sheffield, Wakefield and on the East Coast, so it's the perfect time to add to our Senior Management Team; I feel certain that Mags will be an integral part of helping us to continue to grow and improve throughout 2012 and beyond."
