Colleague of the Month!

12th Oct 2012

Following the recent introduction of the Heathcotes 'Colleague of the Month' award, we'd like to congratulate Lynsey Grayson, who has become our Colleague of the Month for September 2012!

After receiving noiminations from her workmates at Heathcotes Whitley, Lynsey was put forward for the overall award and was selected as the organisational Colleague of the Month at September's Senior Management Team meeting. Her nomination was for "always remaining positive," "her commitment to delivering the best quality of care," and being "forthright in her opinions but respectful to everyone around her." Lynsey was also praised for her outstanding NVQ portfolio - having recently completed her level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, the assessor commented that her portfolio could be used to demonstrate excellence to other candidates.

Lynsey is pictured with her Registered Manager Mike Lythgoe, receiving her £100 shopping vouchers - well done Lynsey!
