Employee of the Month - January 2013
We are pleased to annouce that our Employee of the Month for January 2013 is Lee Roberts of Heathcotes Balby!
Lee was nominated by his colleagues and manager for his outstanding contribution to the success of a last minute Christmas break arranged for Heathcotes Balby service users, as well as his unwavering positive attitude and drive to continually develop his existing skills.
Additionally, Lee was instrumental during a recent medical incident - keeping people informed, checking on the wellbeing of those involved, supporting the staff team and debriefing; under pressure in an upsetting and stressful situation, Lee maintained a calm and professional manner. Lee's manager also noted that he had been a massive support over the busy Christmas period.
Lee is pictured at a recent Train the Trainer day receiving his £100 gift vouchers from Learning Co-ordinator, Mick Murphy. Congratulations Lee!
