Behaviour Team Welcome Nikki!
Heathcotes Behaviour Team are pleased to welcome a new member of the team in the role of Trainee Behaviour Assistant; Nikki Eley will commence in post next month, having previously worked in the Health and Social Care sector for a provider specialising in supporting autistic adults with non-verbal communication. Nikki began working for Heathcotes in the capacity of Support Worker in January, before more recently progressing to the role of Team Leader at Heathcotes Sawley.
Nikki has recently completed her NVQ Level 2 and is currently undertaking a diploma in Mental Health and Social Care.
Keeley Ward, Behaviour Specialist and Head of the Heathcotes Behaviour Team said, 'We are really looking forward to having Nikki come on-board; she brings with her a wealth of previous experience and a real passion to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support. I am sure she will be a valuable addition to the team and I am looking forward to working with her.'
