And just as you thought you had egg-scaped the Easter puns, we bring you another egg-cellent story from our Heathcotes Wakefield service...

Jade lives at Heathcotes Wakefield and decided she wanted to make the Easter weekend a special one for all her peers by organising an Easter egg hunt!  Jade got the preparations underway with a visit to a local craft shop where she was supported to buy materials to decorate Easter baskets for each of her fellow service users.  Jade painstakingly hand decorated individual baskets for each and every one of her peers.  Jade also ensured everybody had their own personalised egg with their name on it.  The fun and games continued with an egg and spoon race which was made all the more interesting thanks to the eggs not being hard boiled!  Luckily, none were dropped so nobody ended up with egg on their face!

Regional Manager, Amelia Hallas said, 'Jade wanted to do something nice for her peers for Easter and came up with the idea of an egg hunt.  She put in so much effort to ensure that everyone had their own personalised basket and egg.  It was such a lovely thing for Jade to do and we want to thank her for all her hard work and making the day so fun for everybody!'.
