Tuesday's Employee Focus spotlight shines on Shaun Mannion:

Shaun Mannion has worked in the care industry for six years.  Shaun has worked at Heathcotes Blythe Bridge for twelve months now.  Prior to this Shaun was a support worker in a mental health unit supporting residents with varying mental health problems and learning disabilities.  Shaun began his career with Heathcotes as a support worker but has recently taken on additional responsibility as team leader.  Shaun really enjoys his role and ensures that he and others deliver care in a dignified and respectful way.  Shaun is keen to promote choice and inclusion in the day to day lives of our residents.  Shaun is a proactive and enthusiastic team leader and this reflects on the other members of the team working with him.

When not at work Shaun enjoys a very busy home life, he has three children and he and his partner are expecting a fourth in the summer!  Shaun loves days out with his family and walking his two dogs.

Shaun says, "My job is so rewarding, I enjoy making a difference to the lives of others.  That is the only way I see it".

Be sure to keep checking in daily at www.heathcotes.net throughout the month of June, during Employee Focus Month!
