As part of their continuing professional development all staff are supported to complete a recognised vocational qualification, normally as soon as they pass their probationary period. Working in partnership with Chesterfield College, staff enrol on a QCF Apprenticeship that in addition to the diploma itself offers several complementary qualifications including functional skills, work based problem solving and employee rights and responsibilities.
Achievement of this qualification can represent up to two years of hard work study and all staff can be proud of their efforts.
Thanks to Rachael Flaxmer and her team assessors at Chesterfield College for their continued support to our learners.
