Heathcotes Mapperley features in the Nottingham Post

We are very pleased that Heathcotes Mapperley has been recognised for its positive Care Quality Commission inspection in the Nottingham Post Newspaper today.

The publication reported that eleven services in the Nottinghamshire region had been praised by the regulator for providing high quality care for service users and names Heathcotes Mapperley as one of these services. Heathcotes Mapperley is a specialist residential service for adults with Mental Illness who may have dual diagnoses and associated complex needs. The service supports seven individuals and aims to support service users to increase their independence levels and live happy and fulfilled lives.

The news comes after a number of homes across the country have been criticised over the last year for providing poor quality care.

Our Registered Manager and the team at Heathcotes Mapperley have worked very hard and we are now working towards the next step of achieving the  ‘Outstanding’ status from the CQC.
