Parkview offer tree-mendous support for Christmas festival!

4th Dec 2017

Heathcotes’ Parkview services have been quick to get into the festive spirit with wholehearted support for a Christmas Tree Festival held by a local village church.

Staff and service users spent one morning making decorations (with a generous helping of glitter!) for the benefit of St. Mary’s Church in Little Harrowden. Parkview residents, JT and LC, then visited the church with support workers to set up the display.

Parkview Services Manager, Nicola  Sivers, said:

“Our residents love getting involved in the community and the Christmas Tree Festival was a fantastic opportunity to make a contribution towards a very worthwhile and popular local event. They were very keen to take part and did a great job with the decorations. I think the festival organisers at the church were really pleased with our efforts and everyone at Parkview is now counting down to Christmas. We have been working on our own decorations and the whole place is now feeling very Christmassy!”
