Sharing insight on care services for children

25th Jun 2018

Heathcotes Group have made our name with nationwide services providing person-centred care for adults, but in the past year we have established a full care pathway into adulthood with the development of services for children with learning disabilities, mental health issues and associated complex needs. Focusing on specialist care for ages 8-18, this required extensive consultation with parents, children and practitioners which has given Heathcotes a valuable insight into the challenges involved in helping a young person to achieve the transition into a fulfilling adult life.

Tomorrow’s Care magazine invited us to share this insight and Rebecca Wright, our Senior Commissioning Manager, offered her thoughts on how care providers can make a difference.
