Heathcotes Hucknall is a specialist residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and associated challenging behaviours. These may include:

A large, six bed family home, adapted by our specialist contractors to meet the needs of our service users, whilst retaining a comfortable, homely atmosphere. The accommodation is over two storeys and the house is set in a very large, enclosed garden.
Heathcotes Hucknall is situated in the residential outskirts of Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. Just a short walk from local shops and other local amenities, it provides easy access to leisure opportunities and supermarkets, including Hucknall town centre and Nottingham City Golf Club. The home is on the outskirts of Hucknall, a five-minute drive from the M1 and a ten-minute drive from Nottingham City Centre. Local bus stops provide easy access into surrounding towns and villages such as Hucknall, Nottingham City Centre and Bulwell.
Heathcotes Hucknall is a very well established service that provides excellent opportunities for social inclusion and community access; the home has a fun, lively atmosphere and the people living there are encouraged to engage in a full programme of person-centred activities, including educational opportunities, thanks to excellent links with local providers. The home is managed by Allison Stafford, a qualified LD Nurse with an outstanding local reputation for providing a very high quality of care and a genuinely person centred service; Allison manages both Heathcotes Hucknall and the adjoining Heathcotes Watnall, and is overseeing the project to build a brand new bungalow in the grounds.
