Heathcotes Blythe Bridge

  • People were being supported to manage their behaviour. One person told us that if he got angry the staff were not cross with him but talked to him.
  • Relatives told us that they found the staff friendly and welcoming. They said the staff kept them up to date with information. They felt that the staff looked after their relative well.
  • We saw that people were encouraged to be as independent as possible. People helped to keep their bedroom tidy, some people helped with cooking and preparing meals and went shopping both for food and for personal items.
