Heathcotes Care views staff training and development as a key component in ensuring that we provide high quality services. Our commitment to training is accordingly reflected in our investment in this.
The Team
We currently employ 2 full time training personnel – Lele Bobeszko, Training Manager and Elaine Boyd, Trainer
Lele Bobeszko is our training manager who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Lele is a highly experienced and qualified social worker who holds a BA Hons Social Work Degree, OCN Level 3 training certificate, NVQ Level 4 management, NVQ Level 4 Manager’s award and is a Designated Adult and Child Protection Advisor amongst others. Lele is part of Heathcotes’ Senior Management Team which again, reflects the importance placed on training and development by the company.
Elaine Boyd has substantial experience in working in social care and delivering training. She has just completed the PTLLS adult education teaching qualification.
Both are qualified NAPPI Trainers.
