Vocational Qualifications
After successfully completing the 6-month probationary period, all staff are given the opportunity to register for NVQ or the new QCF Diploma qualifications in care. NVQs and QCF Diploma’s are delivered by external providers – specialist training companies. We closely monitor performance to ensure our staff get the very best service available. We currently use Acacia Training - http://www.acaciatraining.co.uk/ - and Care Training East Midlands - http://www.ctem.uk.com/ - as our preferred providers.
Support Workers are expected to achieve minimum Level 2 Qualification
Team Leaders are expected to achieve minimum Level 3 Qualification
Home Managers are expected to achieve a minimum Level 4 in Leadership and Management
